Happy December everyone!

 We hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving and that you found many things to be thankful for!  We hope you set a goal for yourself to be thankful the whole year through!

This week’s message is:  CHAMPIONS HAVE AN INDOMITABLE SPIRIT! 

This month, we will be talking about GOAL SETTING!

 This an exciting week, and Sensei is out of town training with Kyoshi for the entire week!  So be ready for some good fun and hard work!

This is Team T-Shirt Week!  Wear your SCS T-Shirt, tucked in, with gi pants and your belt at class!  

Thursday, there will be no classes at any dojo because of the Christmas parade in Daphne.  Check your Parade handout for more information.

Friday is BBC Night.  The theme is Holiday Fun!  No gear is needed!

Saturday at 10 am we will begin decorating for the parade!  All kinds of help is needed!  Please sign up at the front desk!  We will have lunch and drinks for those who are here to help.

 The parade in Robertsdale is Saturday evening.  See your Parade handout for details!

 Next week is Spotlight Week!  Practice up and check the promotion list to see if you are eligible!
